I am delighted to report that 2006 was another good year for Texas City Operations. This year we celebrated our 65th Anniversary. We had a great deal to celebrate, the most important in the area of safety. Our site again received the Vice President’s Award for safety. This is the highest performance recognition that can be achieved within Dow. This accomplishment was the result of the commitment of employees to the Vision of Zero injuries and process safety incidents. We hope that you will view this Public Report and see the accomplishment and contributions made last year. Texas City Operations continues to work toward being a good corporate neighbor in this community.
